Carl F. Bucherer expands its Manero Peripheral range with a 43mm rose gold version.
Swiss watchmaker Carl F. Bucherer has added to its Manero Peripheral line with a larger and glitzier iteration. The Lucerne-based manufacturer’s signature peripheral rotor now features inside a 43mm frame, which is gilded in 18k rose gold on the bezel, hands crown and hour mark wedges.
As with the extant collection, which was released two years ago, the new Manero Peripheral operates with the CFB A2050 caliber, a movement based on the CFB A2000.
Certified as a chronometre, the movement features a central hour and minute display, a small-seconds subdial at 6 o’clock, and a date display at 3 o’clock.
“The new model is designed to appeal to men who want to invest in quality while conveying poise and elegance,” the Swiss luxury watchmaker says in a statement.
While the case’s original round form has remained the same, its elegance is now accentuated by the interplay of sharp edges and soft curves, and by a combination of polished and matte surfaces. The new rose gold Manero Peripheral comes with a light brown alligator leather strap.
Watchmakers start the year with a bang at Geneva’s Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie.
