A predominant feature defines MB&F’s Legacy Machine collection — the suspended balance wheel remains literally and metaphorically above everything else.

Now a new variant, Legacy Machine Split Escapement, takes it to the next level. Just below the highest point of the domed dial crystal, the balance beats at a sedate and traditional 2.5Hz/18,000bph, but it seems to oscillate on its own, without any visible intake of energy.

The four launch editions in white gold, each limited to 18 pieces, are distinguished by frosting and movement finishes in different shades.
