Shipping & Returns
All products are delivered FREE using our in-house service which is a next day service delivering within the UAE. A signature will be requested on receipt. If you are not in at the time of delivery, we will leave a card with details for arranging a re-delivery. All orders are by default sent out for pre 6 pm delivery, if you require a pre 9am delivery or delivery on a specific day then please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference
*Please be aware that due to stock restrictions on certain products it may not always be possible to deliver on the next working day. In these cases, a member of our Expert team will contact you with the expected delivery due date.
Please note, collections and deliveries are not made on Religious Holidays or Friday’s. Please allow additional time, if ordering on or near public holidays or during Sale periods. For deliveries to Northern Emirates please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to despatch outside of the UAE.
Please check that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they're in transit and we are unable to deliver to PO. box numbers
Before we can despatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Please ensure that your billing address matches that kept on record with your card issuer. We will do our best to minimise any delay. Occasionally we may need to contact you to confirm additional security details before shipping your order.
Your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Please note that we cannot refund returned items unless all elements on the Returns Checklist are confirmed.
1. All tags and labels are in place and haven’t at any point been removed from the watch.
2. The Watch is unworn, free of any marks, scratches or other impediments that would prohibit it from being offered for sale as new.
3. All instructions, guarantees, presentation packaging etc. are unblemished and included with the watch.
4. The watch is returned to us within 14 days for full priced items, 7 days for discounted items.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Once the item has been returned by Watch 1010 please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for the refund to be processed. Funds will be credited to the original payment method used.
Any items purchased at our normal full retail price from our website may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Sale items or products purchased under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days.
*Any purchases returned after the allocated period will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If upon inspection the manufacturer finds a fault that could not have been caused by the customer, repairs will then be made under the manufacturer's warranty.
Please note that we cannot accept returned watches that have been re-sized by other parties. This includes leather or rubber straps that must be cut to be fitted or by adjustment have caused the strap to become marked in any way.
TAG HEUER CONNECTED WATCH
If the watch is paired to the mobile phone of the client and he/she would like to return it, then a factory reset must be selected on the watch to ensure all of the information from his mobile is erased. If this is not performed we are unable to issue a refund.
If the watch is paired to a cell but the customer has also registered this on the Connected watch website, then the watch cannot be returned as it is not possible to de-register this and the watch will be forever linked to this account therefore the 14-day return policy is no longer valid on your purchase, making the connected watch non-returnable.
